Auction purchases are not tax deductible unless the amount paid for the item is greater than the fair market value. Only the amount of the payment that exceeds the fair market value is deductible. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation retains the right of reserve to accept or reject the high bid price.

With respect to all raffle prizes and auction items, restrictions and conditions may apply. All prizes are provided solely by the donors and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation assumes no liability of any property loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in connection with the use of any prize. No prizes may be redeemed for cash. No substitutions or extensions will be allowed. Federal and state taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
